Use time.nist.gov (i think this is the one Jim mentioned below). That keeps us right on time.
I tried pool.ntp.org in the past, and it did not work well at all... on the Sage. I've used it on many computers with great success, but for some reason, the Sage didn't like it.

Dave, I added the Naval Observatory time server to the list and reloaded the settings. It seemed to correct the problem.
