firewall or ISP blocking NTP port 123? does the sage have logs that say what's going on, or not?

I noticed with in the last couple months that my Sage 3644 is not keeping it's time correct. I checked the setting and it is supposed to be using the NTP servers to stay on time. The two default one's are listed, but the unit is not accessing them or not making the corrections. It is losing about a minute per week. Any thoughts why?
