Dear Sirs

Problems in MN/IA.  I have eight stations and only seven systems (4 in MN and 3 in IA).  In IA, I received the test from our "LP2" for two of them and "LP1" for one, only.   In MN, I received the test from our LP1 only ... NO LP2s .  I sent out all seven test and I received all seven IPAWs.

The interesting thing is the audio content:  The test started at 13:20 (CT) and I was happy to hear the programming interrupt with the three digital blasts ... then I heard the tone (about 20 seconds worth) ... then a pause and ... then a second tone ( about 20 seconds worth) then a pause and ... then the message began with ONLY about 5 words spoken and concluded with about 25 seconds of DEAD AIR!

That's only the beginning!  About two minutes later (13:24 CT), the programming is interrupted a second time with the three digital blasts ... then I heard the tone (about 20 seconds worth) ... then a pause and ... then a second tone (20 seconds worth) then a pause and ... then a third tone (about 20 seconds worth) ... then a pause and finally the message in it's entirety ... then the ending with three digital blasts!  It was interesting!

It is possible that my missing LPs tripped the original test??? or maybe the IPAWs finally tripped the system to completion.  I really don't know where to begin.  I think my Form #3 is going to be interesting!

In high-school, I never did well with test ... I guess nothing changed.  BUT I have received and transmitted test each week ... before this test!

Mark (MN)

All went well here in Riverside, CA.

We received the test from all three of our sources, IPAWS, LP1, LP2 in that order.

The FCC forms worked much better than last year and it was nice to not have to wait for our time zone window. I filed both forms 2 and 3 a few minutes ago.

Form 3 gives you the opportunity to list all sources of the test and I recommend that you do since that will be valuable data for them. Click the field again to add sources.
