Romans chapter 13 addresses this quite clearly!


As Christians, of course it behooves us to obey the Just Laws of the USA. Modulation limits are, indeed, JUST... they reduce interference! Also, keeping one's modulation "within spec" improves the audio quality in the listeners radios! Overmodulation will push your peaks into the non-linear curve of their receivers, and well, we all know what THAT means. ;)

Oh, those pesky Laws of Physics! ;)
