fccinfo.com and fccdata.org are both good.

On the FCC, you can go to the public CDBS and search applications for a station.  There isn't a blanket "Here's all the stations that have CPs" search function, but if you're looking for a particular station's CP or application, you can find them there.

I use a combination of the FCC's site, fccinfo.com, and my favorite, fccdata.org.

Hey Guys:

Is there a place on the web to find out who has C.P.s?

I'm sure the FCC site has something, but I've never been impressed with how user unfriendly the site has been.
