I can see the advantages to exhausting the majority of your heat in the coolant so you don't have to air condition that out instead. Sure the motors take some juice and the heat exchangers take some maintenance, I'm personally intrigued by the idea and would find this worth a cost comparison to figure out whether the initial investment in the cooling system (plus expected maintenance) would exceed the cost of doing the job with air conditioning instead.

Thing to keep in mind is that these increase your need for maintenance attention.  If you fail to keep the exchangers clean of pollen, dust, sand...you get hot VERY fast.
