Interested in this subject, but cannot find anything concrete on the Pico Digital site referencing that exact product, except for the press release you linked
from NAB 2016… Did they actually build the XDS-AMR product? Also… I find that name humorous.

Have you ever seen the Pico Digital XDS-AMR quad tuner?
It has a web interface, email or text you when it notices an issue, stores audio for AM/FM or HD and can monitor off air for live or stored playback over a IP stream or FTP.
You can put it anywhere in the market coverage area that has internet access.
I know this subject has been covered before, but I didn’t need to pay attention to it then. J What
are some good ways to monitor translators?
