I am wondering if anyone is having the computer audio levels adjusted down randomly?
We do use Octa-Capture for our audio out of the computer and TeamViewer to connect via remotely. We have not always had this issue since we have been using this combination. I am thinking with software updates, that something has changed but I have not been able to track it down. I am hoping others have had this issue and found a solution.
To check the volume level issue, I right click on the computer speaker and click on Open Volume Mixer. Then I look at the computer level of each output.
If I find the audio low, I can only adjust it after it is not sending the audio out of that channel. If I try to raise it, it is automatically taken back to the lower volume.
