Maybe something like a Fender Passport system would be a good choice at this stage. We used our little system for a living room concert with Brandon Heath recently
and it worked very well.

I expect I should have given a little more information on the size of the building and the number of people and such. Currently the group is meeting in a converted house. I expect they will be
outgrowing the building in the next year. But they won't be moving into a large building for a while. Also for mics. 2-3 would be sufficient for the time being. They will probably get a few wired mics too. But that is further down the road. For now something
that would take care of a congregation of 50 would be adequate. I expect the budget for the equipment is around $1,000 give or take. I know that's not much but there is limited funding for now.

I have been asked to put together some recommendations for a small churches PA system. Particularly I am interested in recommendations for Audio Mixers, Wireless Mics, and Digital Recorder. The
budget is on the lower end but they still want quality gear. Any recommendations would be helpful.
