On the light side Hopkinsville KY is hoping the little green men visit their town again during the eclipse. That might create an EAS alert

I hope not.  We are in the path or close to it and I haven't heard anything.  Our "services" people are all geared up and have a MAC center opening at noon.  Some gas stations out of gas but more tankers on the way.
