Didn't the Warner Bros cartoons have a jar of "portable hole?"

We will be looking to add a backup when funds allow. We are also in a "not enough space" situation. I'd love to keep it on as a backup but I haven't found a product that lets me stretch a transmitter building yet!

With modern solid state transmitters being single-person installable rack-mount devices... space is no longer an issue! :) A 3.5 KW box is only about 5 RU. Amazing!

When I show people the difference between an old tube tx and the new SS box, they are always amazed! From the size of a fridge, to the size of a toaster oven. WOW! :)

Do you have a back up TX? 5 years ago, I gave away our 816 to WLJN. The best price I could get for it was only about $ 3,000, so we gave it to another ministry here in Michigan. This tx site is very small, and I only had room for the new NV-20 and an older HT 3.5K as the backup. The 816 and NV-20 would not fit.
