We have 3 Nautel VS series that haven’t been perfect.   One failed multiple times the first year after which Nautel replaced the entire unit.    Also had many PSU module failures and a controller board failure.

We’re purchasing a couple GatesAir Flexiva, was told they are more reliable.  Time will tell.

I presently have 3 Nautels, and two Gates Flexivas (plus a bunch of RVR's that I'm slowly replacing). I would have no problem buying another transmitter from either company. They are both solid machines.  I actually like the Gates because you can take all of the PS modules and the RF modules out, load them individually in the van, and then two people can actually load the case or rack in the van very easily. It takes more muscle to load and unload a Nautel.
