Thread-topic: [CRTech] Selling Tower warnings
Just some heads up stuff. You said your tower is co-located with your studio. If you were to sell and the relationship went south it could lead to more legal problems. Such as, if they own the tower, who owns the land under it and is your studio attached in some legalese way? ... And if there are problems it would be very difficult
having them own the tower right next to you that you used to be on. Also, if you have to move to another tower there's lots of added expenses.

I just Googled you, and looked at what little of the tower is visible on Google Maps... you have a 12 bay antenna!? Wow! :)

Can you say who is making you this offer? My own "gut feeling" tells me that you shouldn't "sell" your tower! If they want to lease space on it, that's one thing... but if they want to BUY IT FROM YOU, that's another! You lose control, because YOU become THEIR tenant! :(

I've been given an offer to purchase our tower which is co-located with the studio.  They offered to allow us to keep an existing rental client plus a percentage of new rentals they bring,  plus broadcasting rights forever.

Any warnings/advice?
