Some contemporary processors provide an option for an additional output that is processed minus the parts that cause perceivable latency in addition to the processing going to the transmitter. The Omnia 11 is one such model. It works great for us by setting CR headphone source to that output and all speaker sources use the air monitor and does not require any additional hardware. The announcers can hear the speakers when the mics are off to know what is happening "on air".
