Is there an Open Source "CAD" program that can be used to create rough concepts of floor plans for an air studio rebuild? 3-D isn't necessary, but would be kinda nice. :) If there are libraries of studio furniture, boards, etc, available, so much the better.

This software doesn't need to do BOM lists, wiring charts, or anything like that, just basic sketches so that we can discuss various configurations, kick ideas around, etc.
