hi Jeff. since you asked publicly, let me answer publicly because we run into this a lot and maybe it will help others too.

your UI dest directory is a mapped drive (O:). that causes a lot of trouble, as mapped drives tend to get unmapped. chances are that's what happened and your operator was asked (by the UI) to select another dest dir.

we strongly suggest using the newer format for remote drives --- \\<server>\<path> --- instead of mapped drives.

i've been asked to change the UI so it waits / re-tries longer for inaccessible remote drives, but it's a ways down the list.
