It is this excerpt from the article, which so deeply troubles me:

"Even as Microsoft has gotten much better with its server and cloud offerin=

ht also have been helpful if Microsoft still let you install only those pat=
ches you need rather than one large blob of updates. It=E2=80=99s bad enoug=

is is going to be so much fun!Are you worried sick about what these massive=
security and quality rollup patches are going to do to your company=E2=80=
=99s computers? I recommend joining Microsoft=E2=80=99s Security Update Val=
idation Program (SUVP). It won=E2=80=99t get you an early look at the quali=
ty patch bundle, but it will let you establish an additional early validati=
on ring and a direct channel back to Microsoft for any issues encountered.S=
ince I fully expect lots of issues, based on Microsoft=E2=80=99s long histo=
ry of buggy patches, you really should join. You may still get some patch s=
urprises, but at least the odds are you=E2=80=99ll avoid the worst of them.=
I hope.Windows has been fixed =E2=80=94 sort of =E2=80=94 now. But, it=E2=

WON'T be taking-out that 3'rd party "watchdog" WIN10 blocking software on o=
