Dear Sirs: (Those who completed Form 3)

I am wondering from someone who fill out Form 3 if there is a place on the form to add "non-conformed" results.

I have a site in IOWA that monitors a K-LOV affiliate twenty miles south of our tower. This station is my LP2. When the test occurred yesterday, the FIRST received event was on input 2 ... but the tagged call letters were "KLOV" out of Winchester OR! I know I didn't get this off the air. My monitoring point is 89.5 and the KLOV station is 89.3.

For anyone on the list for a KLOV affiliate are you required to monitor KLOV in Winchester and auto forward? I noted that it was set for Automatic Relay of this input. If in fact the affiliates do auto relay this site ... then actually I should note LP2 and my first source even though it's call letters show up on a "duplicate" seven seconds later. Does that make since. What are your thoughts?

Mark (MN)
